Aktualizovaná protiepidemická opatření pro provoz ambulance NeuroCentrum Clinic s účinností od 12. října 2020 // Updated anti-epidemic measures for the operation of the NeuroCentrum Clinic with effect from 12 October 2020

Vzhledem k vývoji epidemiologické sutuace v České republice oznamuji tímto aktualizovanou podobu závazných interních protiepidemických opatření ve všech prostorách NeuroCentrum Clinic:

Naší snahou je i nadále neomezovat dostupnost naší vysoce specializované péče pro klienty NeuroCentrum Clinic. V souladu se státem nařízenými restrikcemi kvůli šíření infekce virem SARS-CoV-2 (resp. nemoci COVID-19) vyzývám všechny, kdo k nám pojedete, abyste průběžně sledovali vývoj situace a byli jste připravení se těmto celostátně platným opatřením přizpůsobit. Týká se to zejména povinností jako nosit roušky (týká se to dospělých klinetů a doprovázejících osob a větších dětí, nad 2 roky věku) nebo neshromažďovat se. Nadále platí striktní omezení počtu a pohybu doprovázejících osob na klinice (v ordinaci, v čekárně i na toaletách): na jedno dítě bude na kliniku vpuštěna pouze jedna osoba doprovodu, ostatní mohou čekat na parkovišti nebo v autě. Jedinou výjimkou skupiny tvořené sourozenci, kteří jsou všichni našimi klienty a které doprovází pouze jedna dospělá osoba. Platí povinnost všech návštěvníků kliniky včetně dětí starších něž dva roky nasadit si před vstupem na kliniku jednorázovou nebo vypranou, vyžehlenou a dosud nepoužitou roušku zakrývající nos a ústa a ponechat si ji nasazenou po celou dobu pobytu na klinice, pokud ošetřující lékař nerozhodne jinak (v odůvodněných případech může roušku sejmout pacient po dobu vyšetření a/nebo ošetření, vždy však až po výslovném souhlasu lékaře). Vezměte si s sebou prostředek k desinfekci rukou a použijte ho k deinfekci rukou dítěte i jeho doprovodu. V žádném případě k nám nejezděte pokud máte Vy nebo kdokoliv z Vaší domácnosti nařízenou karanténu nebo máte příznaky respiračního infektu a/nebo zvýšenou teplotu. V případě jakýchkoli nejasností konzultujte předem telefonicky naši recepci na čísle +420 604 265 487. Přestože si nemyslíme, že SARS-CoV-2 resp. COVID-19 by představoval zrovna pro naši klientelu významné nebezpečí, měli bychom společně minimalizovat riziko uvalení karantény na naše zařízení. Ta by totiž mohla zkomplikovat nebo zcela přerušit dostupnost naší péče pro Vás a Vaše děti. Musíme se společně k situaci postavit s rozumem a pochopením pro všechny zúčastněné. Vzhledem k tomu, že se omezující opatření mohou lišit kraj od kraje resp. i okres od okresu, připomínám, že se NeuroCetrum Clinic v Jesenici nachází ve Středočeském kraji v okrese Praha-západ.

Pokud nemáte Vy / Vaše dítě příznaky infekčního onemocnění a nemáte nařízenou karanténu, plánovanou návštěvu klinky určitě neodkládejte. I přes složitou situaci je u většiny diagnóz, které u nás řešíme, ve hře i riziko z prodlení adekvátní zdravotní péče. Týká se to zejména malých dětí, novorozenců, kojenců a batolat.

Due to the development of the epidemiological situation in the Czech Republic, I with this announce an updated form of binding internal anti-epidemic measures in all areas of the NeuroCentrum Clinic:

We aim to continue not to limit the availability of our highly specialized care for NeuroCentrum Clinic clients. Following state-imposed restrictions on the spread of SARS-CoV-2 (or COVID-19) infection, I urge all those who come to us to monitor the situation on an ongoing basis and be prepared to comply with these national measures. It applies in particular to obligations such as wearing face masks (this applies to adult clients and accompanying persons and older children, over two years of age) or not to gather. Strict restrictions on the number and movement of accompanying persons at the clinic (in the surgery, in the waiting room, and toilets) still apply: only one accompanying person will be allowed to enter the clinic per child; others can wait in the parking lot or the car. The only exception is the group of siblings, who are all our clients and accompanied by only one adult. All clinic visitors, including children over the age of two, must set a disposable or clean, ironed, and an unused yet face mask covering their nose and mouth even before entering the clinic and keep it on throughout the whole visit of the clinic unless the attending physician decides otherwise (in justified cases; in such cases, the face mask may be removed by the patient during the examination and/or treatment, but always only with the express consent of the physician). Take the hand sanitizer with you and use it to disinfect the child's hands and hands of its companions. Under no circumstances should you come to us if you or anyone in your household has been quarantined or has a respiratory infection and/or fever symptoms. In case of any ambiguities, consult our reception by phone at +420 604 265 487. We do not think that SARS-CoV-2 resp. COVID-19 would be a significant danger for our clients. Still, despite it, we should jointly minimize the risk of quarantine in our facility. It could complicate or interrupt the availability of our care for you and your children entirely. We must approach the situation together with common sense and understanding for all involved. The restrictive measures may differ from region to region, respectively, from district by district. I want to remind you that NeuroCetrum Clinic in Jesenice is located in the Central Bohemian Region in the Prague-West district.

If you / your child do not have symptoms of infectious disease and you have not been ordered to quarantine, be sure not to postpone the planned visit to the clinic. Despite the difficult situation, most of the diagnoses we deal with are also at risk of delaying adequate health care. It applies primarily to young children, newborns, infants, and toddlers.
